What do you offer?
I offer 1-2-1, 2-2-1, Group PT, Home PT and Coaching. Along with all that I can help you track nutrition for weight loss or muscle gain results.

Cost?
Programs available as low £20 a week. Average client pays £20-30 per session.

When do you work?
I offer 24/7 whatsapp support (when awake)

Thanks to just 2 months of Nick's coaching and expertise I passed a more advanced fitness test at work, which allowed me to go on an intense sought-after course and gain a valuable secondary skill. In addition to building my strength and fitness level, what really helped for the test and the lead up to it were his guidance focusing on correct posture, getting the right nutrition, hydrating properly and having that mental determination to keep going until I really couldn't - not just until I wanted to stop or thought I couldn't go on. I've now completed the 5-day mentally and physically-demanding course and got my certification and am looking forward to seeing what further results I can achieve through coaching and personal training.

Been with NN Personal Training since October. I am someone who struggled for years with consistency and commitment. NN helps to build up your confidence not only in the gym but in your diet to. I have happily lost over 1 stone so far thanks to NN!

Nick has been so great to work with! Not only has he given me more confidence in working out, but he has helped me change habits with food and general activity. I’m so pleased with not just the results I’ve seen, but how he has helped me have a more balanced lifestyle too.

Very disappointed :( Maybe Nick is a nice guy but don’t be fooled by the prices initially sent out in the flyer Flyer says PT sessions £20-£30 (and boasts this is well below the national average of £40-£60). I wanted 1 to 1 sessions (and asked several times if the price was for for these or online sessions). Nick just said I would need to pay £20 for a consultation and re-sent the flyer advertising PT sessions for £20-£30. I paid my £20 and had my consultation which was essentially a hard sell of his PT sessions at the end of which he reveals the £20-£30 price on the flyer is for group sessions and the lowest price was only if you signed up for a year! 1 to 1 sessions were the same price as the national average !! I messaged Nick after paying my £20 consultation to express my disappointment and rather than reply addressing my grievances he just sent another ‘copy and past reply’ stating if I changed my mind to bare him in mind! It was clear that he didn’t actually bother to read my message. Having my own business if I had an unhappy client I would certainly take the trouble to address and discuss my client’s dissatisfactions and at least see if there was some good will gesture I could offer to reconcile my clients grievance. I’m sure Nick does a great job with the people who sign up but be warned establish the prices before paying £20 (payable in advance) for a ‘consultation’ which is just a hard sell to get you to sign up for 4, 8 or 12 months with no get out clause other than providing medical certification!

I was not fully confident in myself and the way I looked and I wanted to make a change. I joined NN Personal Training in June 24 and he has helped me lose a stone in my first three months, but more importantly, helped me build lifetime habits. Very knowledgeable and personable. Looking forward to what the future holds 💪
